Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy covers all forms of payment and all services provided by Beau Bijou Design Limited.
For the kitchen design service, once you make a payment, Beau Bijou Design will endeavour to commence the design work as quickly as possible. Due to the service offered, once we have started to design your kitchen, we are unable to offer a refund.
In the event you make a payment then requests a refund prior to work commencing, we will issue a full refund or in extreme services negotiate a partial refund in order to cover any costs incurred.
There are occasions where you might place an order in parts. Ie. Home measure service, design, recommendations and supplier orders. For this type of order, we can process a refund at any time up to the point at which we begin each service.
Beau Bijou Design will only issue refunds for Home Visit cancellations where our customers provide 24 hours notice. This must be by email to design@beaubijou.co.uk.
If you are not satisfied with any service or the Refund Policy, please inform us using design@beaubijou.co.uk or give us a call on 0113 418 005 to discuss. We will discuss the issue and reserve the right to carry out the service again with amendments based on your feedback. Our customers satisfaction is very important. We want to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with the work we do.

Kitchens Refund Policy
Any order where just a 10% deposit has been paid is cancellable and therefore the deposit will be fully refunded.
Any services provided free of charge with a kitchen order become chargeable and will be deducted from the refund. Where the charge is more than the refund, Beau Bijou Design reserve the right to invoice for the remaining balance.
Once the balance is paid for a kitchen, the order is then locked and becomes legally binding therefore can not be cancelled and no refunds will be given at this stage. This includes orders placed on your behalf through third party suppliers.
DIY Kitchens expect full balance up front at the point of order. If you order a DIY Kitchen through Beau Bijou Design Limited, your kitchen will be ordered on receipt of payment therefore the order becomes legally binding and can not be cancelled. Changes can be made to the order within 24 hours of payment.
Other types of refund
As per terms and conditions, we can not be held liable for costs incurred due to unsatisfactory work or delays.
We ask that the final measurements are checked by your fitter. We can not be liable for incorrect measurements resulting in additional costs or delays.
Where issues are caused by a third party, for example, a product damaged or missing, we will endeavour to work with you and the third party to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We can not be held liable for additional costs incurred while we work to resolve the issues
The terms above do not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Policy Processes

We will issue all refunds using the same payment method.
Refunds will be processed using the same card on which the payment was made. Card refunds may take up to 10 working days to reach your account.
