Lester was accommodating with actioning any draft amendments with patience and expertise. He listened to our vision as well as offering his own suggestions throughout the project. His help & skill has resulted in a kitchen design that we love and that has brought our ideas to life.

I was wary at first as couldn’t find much in the way of reviews, but after much research decided to take the plunge and am so glad we did. It was clear that lester had a good understanding of the particular units that diy sold and how to make best use of my space in relation to their specific kitchens. I must stress that I really appreciated his patience with me throughout - I had numerous questions and concerns and lester was always very prompt and helpful at keeping in touch, via email, text and calls when required. Even when it came to fitting, he happily took a call from my fitter who had some questions about some aspects.
Plans were detailed and well thought out, and the kitchen has turned out just as we hoped, making it a much more pleasant space to be which works far better for us than our previous kitchen.

Richard supplied us with detailed 3D designs that really helped us to visualise the kitchen. Then he continued to update them for us numerous times after any change no matter how small. Richard was patient with us even after Whastapping 10000s of questions about our kitchen, he never made us feel like a nuisance and always responded quickly. And even though we’ve finished designing and have ordered our kitchen, he continues to be a huge help responding to any queries that we have.
