While DIY Kitchens offers fantastic products at highly competitive prices, they don’t provide a full design service. It is more aimed at helping customers get started on the software and those who have no other options available to them. That’s where we step in as your trusted DIY Kitchens Designer.
Our DIY Kitchens Design service makes your kitchen planning journey stress-free and enjoyable. While the DIY Kitchens Planner is a helpful tool, we’ve heard from customers that it can sometimes be tricky to navigate and ensure every product is included.
We have also had feedback that the new design service didn’t quite have the results our customers had hoped for. That’s why we’ve created a bespoke service to handle the design process for you. In addition, the DIY Kitchens new planning service is chargeable with little input from the customer meaning the design is rarely what the customer wants.
This would be ok but each change made is chargeable after this point or you can do all the changes yourself. Either way, you are fully accountable for the accuracy of the order. Our expert design service, better visuals and accuracy guarantee makes us the obvious choice.

To begin your journey with us, we require an initial £299 fee. This fee is fully discounted from your final DIY Kitchens order, making the overall cost the same as going direct but with the added benefit of all of our additional services and support. Once we’ve completed your bespoke DIY Kitchens Design, we’ll provide you with ultra-realistic images and a detailed Kitchen quotation.
We’ll take the time to go through every aspect of your kitchen design with you, ensuring you fully understand what you’re investing in. As your dedicated DIY Kitchens Designer, we offer unlimited revisions to your design until it’s absolutely perfect. Once you’re completely satisfied, we’ll place the order for you and continue to support your project through to completion. All of your information is added to the order for delivery and warranty purposes although we appreciate most customers like to come back to us to help with any post delivery queries.
Unlike the DIY Kitchens Planner and design service, our design process produces far more accurate plans and stunning visuals, giving you a clearer picture of your dream kitchen. Step 1: Design
Tailored to your needs and personality
We start with a free consultation call where we discuss your ideas and get to know how you will use your kitchen. We can also gather this information through emails and WhatsApp, whatever your preference. Then it is down to the kitchen design. Providing you with technical drawings, ultra realistic images, full product listing and DIY Kitchens price.
Step 2: Render
See your kitchen in advance
We use the best in class design software to produce amazing HD images. We do not use the DIY Kitchens planner due to the limitations and quality of the images.
During the design process, there may be opportunities to source products elsewhere to save you more money and we will provide any money saving recommendations within the documentation.
Step 3: Kitchen
Order and installation
We place the order with DIY Kitchens together with our clients. Every detail is checked for accuracy to ensure the kitchen is perfect. We book deliveries with the customer and check in regularly to ensure everything is aligned.
All designs come with an accuracy guarantee so If we make a mistake, we pay for replacement products.
