Brigitte Kitchens Order & Design Process
Design
Our kitchens are available for Beau Bijou Design customers only. As an interior design business, our priority is designing beautiful kitchens. We have made available multiple kitchen ranges to enable our customers to source fantastic quality for less. If you are not a Beau Bijou Design customer, don’t worry, click request a quote and we will have a chat.
Once we have completed our design package (detailed on home page), we will recommend the most suitable kitchen supplier. If at this stage you feel one of our products is best suited, we will provide a quotation.
Due to the prices, we will not sell these kitchens in large quantities and only where it is right for our customer. On choosing one of the Brigitte Kitchens, we will reduce the price of the kitchen by the cost paid for the design service (Usually £300).
Order
To place an order, Brigitte Kitchens require just 10% deposit. The price will be held for up to 6 months.
At the point at which you want to arrange delivery, we need 8 weeks notice due to manufacturing lead times. At this point, we require the deposit to be topped up to 50%.
Your order will then be sent to the factory. Brigitte Kitchens check the order and plan to make sure it is perfect then put the kitchen into production.
You will receive an invoice requesting payment of the full balance once the kitchen is manufactured and quality checked in the factory.
On receipt of payment, your kitchen will be dispatched. From this point on, it can be up to 10 days.
Your kitchen will then be delivered on time in full.
Installation
We do not install kitchens. Our whole company ethos is about giving customers the best kitchens at the best price. We recommend using local installers. On average, this saves around 50% on the installation price versus high street retailers. It also gives you more control over the choice and quality of installer.
We will recommend appliances, worktops, sinks and taps and any other product going into your kitchen to ensure you get the best deals!
