We are not your usual quartz kitchen worktop supplier, we are interior designers. Our designer will work with you, taking a look at your kitchen and personal needs and character and make recommendations. Our aim is to get you a worktop that not only last a lifetime but also compliments your kitchen design and lifestyle to perfection!

We will call asap after receiving your request, discussing your kitchen project and any requirements you have at this stage. As interior designers, this can be the fun bit. We understand quartz worktops as much as we understand design including all the amazing little features that can really make your kitchen stand out and more unique to you! This call can take anything from 5 minutes to half an hour. We may make recommendations during the call if there is an opportunity to improve the design but ultimately, it is up to you!

Your quotation will be sent by email and will be fully itemised including everything we have discussed during your call. Once you receive your quote, have a read through and make sure you are 100% happy. If you have any questions at this stage, simply reply to the email.

Collecting quotes and looking for a like for like? Please ensure you check every line and make sure all measurements and products match including the brand and colour chosen. Due to the relationship we have with our supplier and the low margins we are able to work with, we are confident that ours will be the most competitive price, if not, let us know and we check it out for you!

To book your template, we ask for 2 weeks notice. At this stage, we bring your deposit up to 50%. This allows us to order the stock and ensure we can turnaround your installation as quickly as possible. Your template will be carried out professionally using the latest laser template technology ensuring the most accurate measurements possible. During your template there may, on occasion be changes. This is usually down to incorrect measurements provided at quote stage or by adding products at template. We mitigate this as much as possible during our initial call. Whilst the industry average is around a 9% increase in cost at this stage, we aim to complete your order at the original price given during the quotation.

Your template will be sent straight to the factory electronically where it will be checked and emailed to you to confirm before fabricating the worktops.

Your worktops will then be fabricated to your exact measurements using industry leading CNC technology. The factory is fully up to date with all guidelines and goes the extra mile to ensure the safety of the fabricators and the quality of the finish. There is a lot of talk around Silica in Quartz worktops. We follow all safety guidelines and only cut in the factory in a well ventilated environment using water on each cut to remove the dust from the air. The worktops are then cleaned and go through a final quality control inspection before the are are dispatched.

Never work with a company willing to cut worktops in your property. This poses a health risk and produces a comparatively poor finish.

Once you have agreed the final template, we ask for the remaining balance to be paid. We then arrange an installation date. This will be within 2 weeks of request. Our installers are all vetted to ensure we only use the best! All installation teams are qualified stone installers with the best equipment and amazing attention to detail.

Our Installers use colour matching glues and Seamsetters to make the joints as tight and inconspicuous as possible.

The installers will bring the worktops with them on the date agreed and install them ensuring complete satisfaction. We will ask you to sign to confirm completion at the end and at this point your warranty will commence. With Silestone, this warranty is for 25 Years!
